Deadlines

Important: As our garments are for special occasions, the timeframes are strict, without exception.

Exchange: can be requested within 10 business days of receiving the product.

The time limits begin to be counted from the day you receive the garment, whether it is in the mail or picked up.

Once the exchange/return has been approved, you must send or deliver the garment to a shipping point in your city within 72 business hours after our confirmation.

Shipping coordination is done via WhatsApp.

After that period, LE PAPÓN reserves the right to accept or reject the process.

The shipping cost (both outbound and return) is the responsibility of the buyer.

Garment conditions

In order for us to accept the exchange or return, the garment must be:

In perfect condition, just as it was delivered.

With original tags, seals, and packaging, undamaged. (Bags and stickers are considered part of the product).

Unused, unwashed, odorless, stain-free, and unmarked.

No alterations made by the customer (hems, darts, repairs, etc.).

The value taken for exchanges or returns is the amount actually paid, considering any promotion or discount applied to the original purchase.

Changes

If the product requested for exchange has a higher price, the difference must be paid.

In case of changes, two shipments must be considered:

Shipping the product to LE PAPÓN.

Shipping the new product to the customer.

Once the original product has been received and payment has been credited (if applicable), the new one is shipped.
