What is Le Papón?

My name is Laura, and I'm the mastermind behind this project, which was born in my head on April 29, 2021, in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, while he (Le Papón) was turning nine months old. We were alone, locked down, and I was taking care of him, even though I was an essential worker, just like his dad, but for obvious reasons of care, he had to be with me.

Our firstborn filled us with so much love that his dad would say, "He's such a chubby little guy, with those cheeks!" And for me, who needs to express my creative and artistic side—which has nothing to do with my undergraduate science degree—this need was partly influenced by my maternal grandparents who sold clothes and fabrics, as was the custom in their community. I decided to create a brand using his first nickname, since, of course, others came later, but this one remains THE nickname. The brand, inspired by him (here he is in his first photo), tells a story in images of romanticism, the Belle Époque, classic and casual style, but always with careful and special touches.

What I love most about this brand is that it has everything I find beautiful in children's fashion, from clothing to essential accessories, and not just for girls but also for boys, whose outfits can often be more challenging when putting together a look for special occasions. It has everything you need for baptisms, weddings, engagements, first birthdays, and more.

We also offer clothing to welcome and cuddle your little ones from birth, to accompany them in daycare or preschool, and throughout life itself, always with a touch of the unconventional. Our goal is for you to find everything you need for your babies and children in one place, without leaving home. We ensure everything arrives on time and in perfect condition, and we're happy to answer any questions and provide any advice you may need.

Furthermore, our added value lies in creating exclusive designs for photo shoots and themed portfolios: My First Photos (little Buddhas), Christmas, Halloween, Easter, My First Birthday. However, these orders must be placed well in advance, as each design is custom-made in collaboration with the client and our star designer. Among our models is Le Papón, who can be seen growing up in photos wearing our clothes. We also feature our second daughter, his little sister, among many other beautiful models.

Le Papón is not just an online clothing and accessories store, it is a story in pictures, it is the story of this love for motherhood and for clothing, the story of him from his birth and as the face of the brand.
